Kobez Return & Exchange Policy

While every effort is made to ensure that your order reaches you in pristine condition, unforeseen circumstances during transit may occasionally result in damage. Our return and exchange policy is designed to address such situations while maintaining the exclusivity and premium nature of our brand.

1. Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange will be granted strictly under the following conditions:

  • The product received is verified as damaged, specifically if the jar is broken upon delivery.
  • The product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original condition to qualify for an exchange.

To initiate an exchange request, the customer must provide:

  • Photographic or video evidence clearly showing the damaged jar.
  • A written notification of the damage, sent to Kobez within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Non-Eligibility for Exchange

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Requests made beyond 7 calendar days from the date of delivery will not be entertained.

Refund Policy

Kobez does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only replacement of the damaged product is permitted, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Procedure for Requesting an Exchange

Submission of Request

Customers must email support@kobez.com within 24 hours of delivery, providing:

  • The order number.
  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the damage.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Verification Process

  • Upon receipt of the request, Kobez will conduct a thorough review of the evidence submitted.
  • Customers will receive a response via email within 2 business days, confirming whether the exchange request has been approved.

Return and Replacement

  • If the request is approved, the customer must return the damaged product to Kobez in its original packaging.
  • Once the damaged product is received and inspected, the replacement product will be dispatched within 7-10 business days at no additional cost to the customer.

3. Terms and Conditions

  • The original product must be returned in its entirety, including all packaging materials, labels, and documentation.
  • Kobez reserves the right to deny an exchange request if the evidence submitted is deemed insufficient or does not align with the conditions specified in this policy.
  • Exchanges will be processed only once for each order.
