  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or other logistical issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹X (mention if applicable).
  • A standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout for orders below this amount.

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • The courier service will make two delivery attempts to the provided address.
  • If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or non-response, the package may be returned to us.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@kobez.in with:

    • Clear photographic or video evidence of the damage
    • A brief description of the issue
  • If any item is missing from your order, report it within 24 hours for resolution.

8. Address Changes & Modifications

  • Once an order is confirmed, changes to the shipping address may not be possible.
